Fourth for Fannin

Our young Corbeau driver Jody Fannin was flying the flag for Corbeau this weekend in the Ginetta GT Supercup after recovering from a massive shunt in testing a few weeks ago. Unfortunately Jody missed out on a podium top spot in race one after being held up by a slower G55, midway through the race Jody managed to overtake and catch up with the G50’s, but a long brake pedal hampered progress and Jody finished a respectable 5th.

Race two saw the rain come down heavily and with Jody on Slicks he managed a great job, after over taking an extremely defensive G50 competitor Jody started to close the gap on the lead group but by the end of the race having halved the gap between himself and the front runners he ran out of time to get on the podium and finished his weekend in 4th position. A respectable drive from young Jody this weekend and he is now lying 2nd in the Championship.
