I have forgotten my password, how can I get it resent to me?

Simply go to the “login” on the home page. Type in your e-mail address and click ‘forgotten your password?’ We’ll then give you your password reminder which may help jog your memory. If you’re still unsure, just send an e-mail to Customer Services and we’ll send you a secure e-mail containing your password, this will go directly to the e-mail address you registered on our website. Don’t forget that your password is case sensitive, so you need to enter it exactly as it appears in the e-mail we send you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not currently possible for you to change or cancel it prior to dispatch. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it to us, (unworn and with all original hangtags) for a refund.
